polite receptionist great view coffee facilities

The receptionist was very polite. My room provided a great view of the water. The hotel is immaculate and tastefully decorated. I found tea and coffee facilities with shortbread. A nice touch.

the shower water pressure made washing hair difficult.

bathroom window frosted glass

the room was clean, i guess.

i WAS pretty annoyed the bathroom window had no blind. it was not frosted glass, REALLY. showering felt awkward with anyone potentially looking in.

adequate stay

clean room spacious room nice bar missing lift bad smell inconvenient kettle

the room was clean. it was also quite spacious, which i appreciated. the bar stayed open until 10 pm and had a nice atmosphere.

My room lacked a lift, and this made it difficult with luggage. i found a bad smell in some areas. the kettle was also difficult to fill. I had to place it on the floor to reach an outlet.
